My name is Kevin Hamilton and I have lived in Central Alberta all of my life.  I grew up on the farm in the Rocky Mountain House area and went to school in Caroline.  After high school I did a brief stint in the Canadian Armed Forces and then settled in Red Deer.  I've lived in Red Deer since 1989 and have done business with contractors and real estate agents for the past 18 years.

I have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  I will notify the client of any item that is noted.  I provide quality color photos with most inspections.  You will understand every item by the time I am finished.
